Connected Logistics is seeking a Web Developer/Engineer - Senior for our clients Disposition Integration Web Program Office(DIW). Disposition Services manages the disposal of excess property from military services, prioritizing reutilization within the Department of Defense (DoD), then offering it to other federal agencies, or donating it to state/local/tribal law enforcement agencies and other qualified organizations. Disaster relief is also supported through humanitarian assistance, with property also available through foreign military sales programs and auctions/online bidding. Key Responsibilities The Senior, Web Developer/Engineer-DIW is responsible for the development of high-end client server-based applications, designing and developing web pages, and porting applications to a web interface. Interfaces with clients to determine requirements. Also, responsible for the development of middle to high-end client server-based applications, designing and developing web pages, and porting applications to a web interface. Must be able to utilize HTML, XML, PERL, Apache, IIS, ASP.NET C# and VB, SSRS, ASP.NET Core, Angular, iOS Mobile Development, Xamarin and Oracle. Interfaces with clients to determine requirements. Requires extremely strong customer relation skills. Must be able to work independently with no supervision. * Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software. * Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications. * Research, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements. * Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software. * Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms. * Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements. * Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management. * Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools. * Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements and participates in development of software user manuals.
