As a Software Engineer II in Viva Glint, you will help build scalable, accessible, responsive, and high-performing web components using modern frontend engineering practices. You will evolve the product with a customer-first mindset, driving innovation and designing experiences that meet the needs of people who use our solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and operations teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements while driving engineering and operational excellence across Viva Glint. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
