Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Serve as member of Macquarie Capital (MacCap) Legal Entity Control team with focus on ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial and regulatory reporting submissions and maintaining financial integrity, compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, and supporting informed decision-making through accurate financial analysis and reporting. Specific duties: review financial statements for group subsidiary entities, manage audit requirements, and respond to and resolve audit queries with appropriate escalation; manage external audit requirements, ensure compliance with reporting frameworks, oversee preparation of reports, and provide guidance to meet regulatory and audit requirements; conduct legal entity capital management activities; oversee reconciliation and attestation of account balances; ensure completeness and accuracy of ledger data for various purposes; assist Tax Reporting team by providing legal entity performance drivers and fluctuations analysis for preparation of tax returns and regular payments; and supervise and control work of professional employees within Macquarie Capital Legal Entity Control team, including reviewing and approving financial analysis and reporting work done by team members. What you offer Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Business Administration, Commerce, or Economics) and 5 years of experience in job offered or 5 years of experience in accounting or auditing within financial services Prior experience must include 3 years providing legal entity control and financial control services 3 years preparing and reviewing financial reports 3 managing external audits 3 years analyzing working capital requirements and potential credit risk exposure 3 performing reconciliation and attestation of account balances 3 years performing legal entity performance driver and fluctuation analysis Must hold Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant designation. Salary range for this position: $108,000 to $143,000/Year. Within this salary range the base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
