Overview Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative to join our team! The Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) is a pharmacist-led, field-based hybrid role that collaborates in tandem with Sr. Sales Representatives to combine advanced clinical expertise with strategic sales acumen to accelerate and secure specialty pharmacy volume at the prescriber and clinic level. The CSR serves as the clinical authority who accompanies or leads sales efforts, provides peer-to-peer scientific engagement, overcomes complex clinical objections, understands pharmacy claims and authorization and "locks in" the sale with high-value prescribers and clinic decision-makers. This position is distinctly higher-impact than a traditional Sales Representative or Clinical Account Executive because it blends deep clinical credibility PharmD-level clinical credibility with revenue ownership.
