CNC Machine Operator Requirements: What It Takes to Get on the Floor

• 1 year running CNCs.
• Skilled at reading blueprints, following specs, and using precision tools.
• Strong attention to detail and safety every shift.
• Comfortable lifting, moving, and standing for full workdays.

What You'll Be Doing Every Shift

• Fire up the CNC and keep it cutting - no babysitting, just skill and focus.
• Read prints, check measurements, and make sure every part passes inspection.
• Tweak settings, change tools, and keep production rolling.
• Keep your station clean, safe, and running smoothly.
