POSITION OVERVIEW In this role, you will be responsible for managing Regal Rexnord's global intellectual property docket and portfolio in coordination with our Chief Intellectual Property Counsel, outside counsel, and key internal stakeholders throughout the organization. You will manage various patent and trademark prosecution matters day-to-day and provide guidance related to patents, trademarks, and domain names. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with cross-functional stakeholders to drive innovation and support a diverse range of products. You will report directly to the Chief Intellectual Property Counsel. Preferred hybrid onsite presence at our Chicago (Rosemont) or Milwaukee office. Remote work may be considered for highly qualified candidates. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Travel: Up to 15% Language: English Compensation: Expected Base Salary Range: $39.00 - $55.00 per hour The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
