As an Operations Excellence Leader, you will be at the forefront of driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency across our electronic manufacturing processes within the aerospace and defense sector. You will lead initiatives that enhance quality, reduce waste, and streamline production workflows to meet stringent industry standards and customer expectations.

Our Team

You will join our high-performing Operations Excellence team embedded within the Aerospace & Defense division. This team partners closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain functions to deliver best-in-class manufacturing solutions that support critical, mission-driven products.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and champion continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies to optimize manufacturing performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable process improvements.
  • Develop and deploy metrics and dashboards that provide visibility into operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive culture change by coaching and mentoring teams on best practices for operational excellence and problem-solving.
  • Manage projects that enhance manufacturing flexibility, reduce costs, and maintain compliance with aerospace and defense regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for complex manufacturing challenges, ensuring timely resolution and prevention.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations excellence or continuous improvement, preferably within electronic manufacturing or aerospace/defense industries.
  • Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, with relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions based on quantitative insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience working in highly regulated environments such as aerospace, defense, or medical device manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing technologies and Industry 4.0 principles.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects with measurable operational impact.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., AS9100) and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Master's degree or advanced professional certification in operational excellence, project management, or supply chain.
