1. Summary of Position: (Brief description of overall responsibilities and function)

To provide a service within the organization and implement all Training Programs. The programs would include but are not limited to quality control, work measurement, manufacturing methods, supervisory development, Strategic Planning and Execution and delivery of Training Annual Operating Plan while exceeding all customer satisfaction metrics.

Lead and manage all Training Dept functions to include, Administration, Scheduling & Proposal, Business Development, Customer Care / Quality, Training Coordinators, Ground Instructors, Pilot Staff in Philadelphia (PA) and Whippany (NJ) to deliver LHD Training Services to North/Central/South American customer base comprised of ~

700 aircraft.

P&L Responsibility ensuring the training department develops and delivers both business and customer objectives as defined in Annual Operating Plan to include revenue, cost, investments, customer satisfaction and employee fulfillment and compliance to internal and external requirements including international aviation regulatory authorities such as: FAA/EASA/TTCAA/ANAC/ENAC

Working as part of Executive Team and WW Training Organization, develop strategic plans, annual budgets, market forecasts, supplier and partner relationships, Key Performance Indicators and continuous improvement plans to drive business growth as well as develop and execute Entry Into Service plans for LHD product lines across North, Central and South America.

Deliver Employee Satisfaction through the active development of employees by creating a dynamic and fulfilling work and team environment. Set clear goals and objectives, provide meaningful positive/negative feedback and evaluations, Develop staffing requirements aligned to business needs, Evaluate, hire and train new employees.

3. Qualifications for Position:

A. Education

BA/BS Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent. Master's Degree in Business Preferred

B. Experience

Five years' experience in a similar role. Program Management Experience a plus.

C. Competencies & Attributes

Creative ability, writing proficiency, visual graphics design ability.

Excellent organizer, meticulous, and good public speaker at ease moderating large groups.

Good understanding of training and teaching adults.

4.

Good Customer relationship skills. Ability to understand Customer Perspective
