Job Objective: The Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) Analyst serves as a strategic link between commercial teams and operational functions, ensuring alignment of business objectives with supply chain capabilities. This role drives data-driven decision-making to enhance planning accuracy, optimize inventory performance, and improve customer service levels. By leveraging advanced analytics and reporting, the SIOP Analyst supports initiatives that strengthen forecast reliability, reduce excess inventory, and maintain data integrity across planning tools and ERP systems. Working closely with the Demand Planning Manager and Inventory Planning Manager, this position plays a critical role in advancing the company's integrated business planning process and delivering actionable insights that support growth and operational excellence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and analyze demand forecasting, maintain buy plans, inventory management improvement, analyze statistical data & generate actionable insights, reporting development, continuous improvement to SIOP process, and maintain data accuracy across multiple systems.
