We are looking for our next Manager, Platform Scalability & Optimization Architect supporting the Sale Operations Effectiveness Team, in Fort Worth, TX. As a Manager, Platform Scalability & Optimization Architect you will be responsible for leading the strategic evolution of our digital operational discipline. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, tech-savvy leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and operational execution. You will be a key thought partner in shaping and scaling our digital ecosystem and the internal processes that underpin, ensuring they are optimized for performance, agility, and future growth.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Architect and drive platform scalability strategies and solutions that are aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to elevate platform capabilities, integrations, and reliability to support rapid scaling and best-in-class operational discipline
• Synthesize complex technical and business processes, and their dependencies, into actionable, data driven insights to inform strategic planning
• Identify and implement optimization opportunities across platforms, processes, and performance metrics.
• Facilitate strategic workshops and planning sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Track and report on progress against digital strategy KPIs and platform performance benchmarks.
• Inspire and engage high-performing teams through clear communication, storytelling, and strategic alignment.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on platform evolution, scalability, and innovation.

What you'll bring to Alcon:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs.; Assoc.+9 yrs.; M.S.+2 yrs.; PhD+1 yr.)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• 5 Years of Relevant Experience
• 3 Years of Demonstrated Leadership

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

• Proven track record of scaling digital platforms and driving measurable improvements.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, and digital ecosystems.
• Experience working in agile, matrixed environments.
