Health & Safety Communications

Incident Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Own the incident management and reporting system (Intelex), ensuring accurate, timely reporting of lost time incidents, near misses, and first aid cases.

  • Lead incident investigations in partnership with local site contacts, including data gathering, root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and follow-up.

  • Produce monthly Intelex reports covering incidents, care visits, tours, and network action items, sharing insights with leadership and Global teams as required.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to manage Workers' Compensation claims related to workplace incidents.
