SUMMARY This person will contribute to a positive work environment and will assist with any other duties throughout the real estate division as needed. Individual performs daily office support services to record and process documents. *Position covered by a collective bargaining agreement. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Process real estate sheriff sale documents, timely and accurately, according to the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure. Record all transactions associated with real estate cases using department tracking system software. Must be proactive in keeping electronic flies up to date. Investigate and resolve real estate discrepancies on a case-by-case basis. Promptly communicate with law firms and respond to all inquiries. Establish and maintain a positive rapport with all county departments. Assist all clients, constituents and callers with questions and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner. Proof-read monthly Sheriff Sale Supplement and verify accuracy of case Information. Update sheriff sale tracking system with presale cost relative to monthly sale list. Monitor monthly on-line sheriff sale auction Process all post sale documents and reports pertaining to third-party sheriff sale purchases. Proof-read deeding instruction packets, update case information and calculate billing statements for clients. Guide new team members through the sheriff sale process and provide mentorship Create and or update existing procedures on an as needed basis. Maintain well-rounded all office processing services. i.e.: Real Estate andBid4Assets, PFA's, Civil Processing, Prisoner Transports and Timekeeping. Related duties as required. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum High School Diploma: some college, post education or previous office experience a plus.
