Project Description This contract involves a three-phase office move and ongoing IT support. Phase 1: Workstation Decommissioning & Setup * Decommissioning and setting up 1,000+ workstations * Standard cable management * Testing and validating devices after setup Phase 2: Transition & Growth Support (End of Q1- Q2) * Supporting endoflife device replacements and new builds * Environment growth from 150 to 400 users by yearend * Device refreshes, imaging, and rollout of new machines * Assisting with asset management and inventory tracking (limited existing support) Phase 3: Site Decommissioning * Hardware wiping and proper decommissioning * Full site shutdown * Coordinating a technology "garage sale" with ecyclers for bulk equipment purchasing Additional Details * Onboarding and system familiarity typically takes 3-6 months * Support coverage spans two office locations * Occasional weekend work may be required, with overtime as needed Required Skills * Customer service * Help desk / service desk support * Troubleshooting * Phone and enduser support Top Skills * Customer service * Help desk support * Troubleshooting * Service desk experience Additional Skills & Qualifications * Desktop setup and teardown * Standard cable management * Printer testing and support * AV conference room setup and testing Experience Level Entrylevel Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Des Moines, IA.
