Case Worker Tax Relief Location: Las Vegas, NV Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Entry Level Five Star Tax Resolution is a leading tax relief firm dedicated to helping individuals and businesses resolve complex tax issues with confidence and compassion. We are seeking a detailoriented and clientfocused Case Worker to support clients throughout the tax relief process and advocate on their behalf. Key Responsibilities Client Management * Conduct initial consultations to understand clients' tax situations. * Gather financial documents and determine eligibility for tax relief programs. * Build rapport and provide a positive, supportive client experience. Communication & Support * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. * Provide timely updates, answer questions, and guide clients through every stage of the resolution process. Collaboration * Work closely with internal legal and tax teams to develop personalized resolution strategies. * Help prepare and submit all required documentation to the IRS and state agencies. Follow-Up & Documentation * Maintain accurate case files and records within the case management system. * Track case progress and ensure all deadlines and follow-ups are completed on time.
