Title: Infusion Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish/English) - Burbank, CA - $22-$23/hr - ContracttoHire Location: Burbank, CA (Onsite) Employment Type: ContracttoHire (approx. 6 months; conversion based on performance and attendance) Compensation: $22-$23/hour (Based on Experience) About the Role A leading healthcare organization in Burbank is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Infusion Coordinator to support the scheduling, administration process, and documentation of infusion therapies. You will collaborate closely with patients, providers, and the clinical team to ensure timely, wellprepared infusion sessions and excellent patient experience. What You'll Do * Coordinate and confirm infusion appointments and logistics * Communicate preinfusion instructions and manage postinfusion followups * Ensure required medications, supplies, and documentation are prepared for each session * Maintain accurate patient and treatment records in line with clinic protocols * Partner with nurses, physicians, and staff to keep care plans on track Qualifications: * Required Experience: * 3-5 years in a medical office/clinical setting * Bilingual Spanish/English (required) * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to read/write in English and follow written instructions * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer navigation * Preferred Experience: * Medical Assistant Diploma or equivalent experience in medical/patient care coordination Why Apply * Stable contracttohire path (Based on performance and attendance during contract period) * Opportunity to make a direct impact on patient care in a collaborative clinical team * Onsight training Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Burbank, CA.
