Position Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for managing customer service, planning, production control and support the S&OP process in order to meet our customer demands. Establish and nurture the internal relationships needed for successfully meeting customer requirements. Responsible for ensuring all business tools are used to the fullest capabilities where they are related to current business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead long-term supply chain planning improvement initiatives, including performance benchmarking, ERP strategy alignment, and process standardization across business units.
  • Govern and improve master data management (ERP) - ensure planning data (rates, lead times, contact points) is aligned, validated, and consistently applied.
  • Design scalable processes to improve supply planning accuracy and execution reliability across sites and functions.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Procurement to develop and implement policies for order management, expedites, surcharges, and delivery commitments.
  • Drive simplification of supply chain processes and product portfolios to reduce complexity and increase execution efficiency.
  • Establish supply reliability strategies based on customer segmentation, lead time modeling, and demand predictability.
  • Own SIOP data governance - structure the inputs, cadence, and reporting that support executive SIOP decision-making.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to Supply Chain Supervisors and other Supply Chain Associates to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.
  • Identify and champion strategic projects that reduce cost, improve service levels, and strengthen supply chain resilience.


Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in contract or medical device manufacturing
  • Demonstrated supply chain planning improvement experiences
  • Experience in Lean and Six Sigma methods, implementation of ERP and QMSsystems, logistics and procurement processes, and warehouse management is required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
  • Experience leading and implementing S&OP processes
  • A record of improving forecasting, supply planning, capacity planning, inventory, and production planning
  • Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English
  • Experience with and managing with ISO 9001 and 13485 procedures.


Salary Range: 115,000 to 150,000 based on experience
