We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in our Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin location. This position is represented by We Energies L2150 Union. Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service while responding to internal and external customer inquiries, questions, and problems. Provide clerical support and perform administrative duties for several work groups. The primary purpose of this job is to accurately enter/maintain office and construction records, aid Call Center and Dispatch personnel with customer situations, and complete all tasks necessary to keep operations of office running smoothly. Testing Requirements
Basic Clerical Aptitude test (BCAB): Ability to classify information according to preset rules; spelling and grammar; basic mathematics; filing and sorting information. Suggested Preparation: Review of basic arithmetic skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages; review rules of grammar, spelling, punctuation; and alphabetizing or putting items in order. End Date: 01/30/2026 Minimum Posting Range: $21.58 Maximum Posting Range: $36.02 The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
