Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site for our client in Orlando, FL. Interested?

  • We are seeking a Harness Board Assembler who can build high density wire to board assemblies by interpreting complex wiring diagrams and engineering drawings, cutting wires to precise lengths, and using Molex and Daniels crimp tools to terminate contacts, install connectors, and torque back shells to meet Class 3 IPC/WHMA A 620E S standards.
  • Perform continuity and insulation testing, soldering, and torque verification.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $23.75/ hr

Hours: 4/10-1st Shift

Length: Temporary (12 months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in harness board
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Read Engineering Schematics
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Space addendum experience
  • Strong proficiency with crimping tools,
  • IPC-WHMA-A-620
  • IPC-A-610
  • IPC-J-STD

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
  • The assembler will sit or stand at the harness board for up to 10 hours per shift, must be able to lift up to 30 lb,
  • Work safely in a production environment, and consistently achieve high first pass yield, accurate wire cut tolerance, and on time delivery while supporting continuous improvement and prototype work.
  • Under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), all employees assigned to this client must provide documentation verifying their status as a "U.S. Person", as defined in ITAR clause 120.15. A U.S. Person is a protected individual under the anti-discrimination provisions of U.S. immigration laws.
