Role Summary:
Are you passionate about helping customers succeed and eager to start your career in a collaborative, growth-focused environment? As an Associate Customer Success Manager at Triumph, you'll play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring they get the most value from our services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn the ropes of customer relationship management and make a meaningful impact from day one.

Day in the Life:
You'll work closely with experienced Customer Success Managers to support client onboarding, gather feedback, and strengthen relationships. Each day brings a mix of learning and collaboration-from helping clients navigate Triumph's services to working with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience. You'll build confidence, develop customer management skills, and grow into a trusted partner for our clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support new client onboarding and ensure a smooth, positive start with Triumph.

  • Assist Customer Success Managers in client check-ins and satisfaction reviews.

  • Track customer engagement and help identify opportunities or issues early.

  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and feedback in CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

  • Review usage data and assist in preparing materials for client meetings and QBRs.

  • Shadow senior team members to learn best practices in customer success.

  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

  • Continuously build your knowledge of Triumph's products and customer success strategies.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 0-1 year of experience or internship in customer service, client relations, or account management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Enthusiasm for helping customers and learning about customer success practices.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office; CRM experience (like Salesforce) is a plus.

  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow and make an impact.
