Position Summary:

The Meridian Link Specialist serves as the lead technical support for the MeridianLink(ML). Research, develop, implement and coordinate ML system enhancements to maximize efficiency and performance. Ensures timely, secure, and service-oriented collaboration with all UMassFive departments.

Essential Functions:

* A thorough understanding of MeridianLink' s licensed software and its capabilities.

* Serve as primary contact with MeridianLink Support.

* Configure, maintain, and optimize MeridianLink Consumer (ML Consumer) and/or MeridianLink Opening (ML Opening) workflows.

* Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.

* Perform system updates, configuration changes, and regression testing.

* Support consumer lending, indirect lending, HELOC, credit card, and deposit account opening processes.

* Ensure compliance with lending policies, underwriting rules, and regulatory requirements.

* Troubleshoot loan and application errors, decisioning issues, and workflow bottlenecks.

* Proactively identify issues and facilitate sensible resolutions before they become an escalation item.

* Build and maintain MeridianLink reports and dashboards.

* Analyze application, funding, and decision data to identify trends and issues.

* Log, track, and resolve platform issues and enhancement requests.

* 2-5+ years' experience with MeridianLink LOS or Account Opening

* Strong understanding of consumer lending operations

* SQL, reporting, or data analysis experience (preferred)

* Financial institution experience (credit union or bank)

* Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional communication skills

* Teamwork attitude, flexibility, strong organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Hours: 40 hours/week

Grade 10: Min - $27.78 - Mid: $34.73 - Max: $41.67
