We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our client's dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and integrity of their human resources operations. In this essential role, you will be at the heart of human resources service delivery, ensuring that all HR-related transactions, inquiries, and processes are handled with precision and care. You will be instrumental in maintaining the operational efficiency of HR services, establishing best practices, and leveraging technology to enhance the employee experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to key initiatives aimed at improving HR systems and processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a supportive environment for all stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver centralized human resource services, encompassing payroll, benefits, and various transactions through a dedicated service center.

* Drive efficiency in service center operations, technology utilization, and transaction processes.

* Develop and implement standards and procedures for effectively managing employee questions, transactions, and the administration of human resource programs.

* Collaborate closely with human resource information systems teams, program managers, and technology specialists to coordinate services.

* Respond promptly to inquiries via telephone and case management tools in a fast-paced environment, actively identifying and escalating process inefficiencies or failures.

* Utilize case management tools to meticulously track, monitor, and respond to requests from employees, leaders, vendors, and applicants.

* Apply standard operating procedures and policies to provide comprehensive assistance on a wide array of detailed HR-related topics.

* Conduct thorough file audits for new hires and transfers to ensure employment records adhere to departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements.

* Perform regular audits and reviews of HR service delivery processes, systems, and documentation to guarantee compliance with internal policies, legal mandates, and industry standards.

* Process termination requests within applicable systems and resolve any file feed exceptions.

* Partner with HR colleagues to complete weekly, monthly, and annual reporting and audits, taking the lead in documenting HR service processes for the service center.

* Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for internal staff, specialist groups, or other stakeholders as needed.

* Uphold the highest standards of conduct and integrity in protecting the company's physical, financial, and cybersecurity assets, and in managing sensitive data.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Three or more years of experience in a human resources-related discipline.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Proficiency with HR systems and case management tools.

* Strong understanding of regulatory and policy compliance within HR.

* Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Proven capacity for effective collaboration within a team environment.
