We are seeking an experienced Strategy Professional to join Microsoft's Experiences & Devices (E+D) Strategy team. Experiences & Devices (E+D) is a product group within Microsoft creating trusted and loved productivity experiences and devices for people at home, work, and school.Some of Microsoft's best-known products are supported by E+D:Microsoft 365 Copilot, Office, Windows, Outlook, Teams, Edge, Surface, and others. As a Director, E+D Strategy, this role requires you to be comfortable navigating a complex and dynamic environment, building solid relationships with senior stakeholders, and driving impactful work across a wide set of teams and disciplines. In addition to these responsibilities, the Director E+D Strategy will scale the team's impact by coaching and developing talent on the team to create an inclusive high-performing organization. Business Strategy IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
