Overview
The Security Resilience team reports to Security Sales Area leadership and is responsible for protecting and enhancing customer trust throughout the security event lifecycle and empowering Field & Leadership Teams to effectively engage customers on critical security issues. The Director, Security Resilience will drive strategic projects and initiatives that strengthen Microsoft's security posture and customer trust. This role orchestrates customer engagement and incident response across major and emerging security events, ensuring readiness, effective communications, and continuous improvement. The Director will empower field and leadership teams, deliver value to MCAPS and strategic accounts, and foster collaboration across key global partners. Business Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
