Responsibilities

As a Senior Researcher in Microsoft Research, you will define your own research agenda, driving forward an effective program of basic, fundamental, and applied research. We highly value collaboration and buildingnew ideaswith members of the group and others. You have the direct opportunity to realize your ideas in products and services used worldwide.



Qualifications

RequiredQualifications:

  • Doctorate (or currently pursuing) in machine learning, artificial intelligence, statistics, or a related field
    • or equivalent experience
  • Research abilitydemonstratedby conference publications,journalpublications,or preprints.

Research Sciences IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
