To achieve this goal, the Hardware, Infrastructure Management, and Fundamentals Engineering (HIFE) team is instrumental in defining and delivering operational measures of success for hardware development and manufacturing, improving the planning process, quality, delivery, scale, and sustainability related to Microsoft cloud hardware. This Hardware PM role in the Compute TPM Team will play a pivotal role in delivering new server hardware and software technologies at scale that have a significant impact to the business and Azure. This candidate will collaborate with both internal Microsoft teams and external suppliers (Semiconductor providers, OEMs/ODMs, CPU, system, memory, and others) to drive delivery of core technologies that enable our Cloud infrastructure. If you are an experienced PM with experience driving high-performing, diverse teams, and with a background in enterprise data center technologies from Silicon, networking, servers, infrastructure, and high-performance computing solutions, and have a desire to work with some of the world's most talented engineers to deliver the hardware that drives the Cloud, then this is the opportunity for you! Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
