We are seeking a highly experienced Modeling & Simulation (M&S) Analyst to provide critical Military Intelligence Modeling and Simulation subject matter expertise. In this role, you will support the Army M&S Community and HQDA, G-2, contributing to vital Army intelligence and modernization initiatives. You will act as a key integrator and advisor, working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with senior leaders and various agencies, including the DIA, Joint Staff, and INSCOM. You will serve as the primary intelligence M&S subject matter expert (SME), offering crucial guidance and insights to the Army Modeling & Simulation Community, HQDA G-2 leadership, and the G-2 Training and Readiness Team. You will develop, prepare, and present a wide range of materials, including memoranda, information papers, and high-level briefings on Modeling & Simulation topics for senior G-2 leadership and diverse internal and external audiences. You'll function as a key integrator, liaising between G-2 personnel and external agencies (e.g., DIA, Joint Staff, USD(I), INSCOM) to coordinate M&S efforts and ensure robust intelligence support for Army acquisitions and modernization programs. You will lead the certification process for threat portrayals in M&S events, ensuring they accurately reflect Intelligence Community-defined adversary systems, organizations, and tactics to enhance training and simulation fidelity. You will proactively identify and analyze potential gaps or shortfalls in intelligence supportability, and develop innovative, actionable recommendations and programming solutions to address them. You will provide high-level advisory and professional support to the G-2 headquarters staff, guiding action officers on the full spectrum of modeling & simulation while interpreting and developing administrative procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness. Additionally, you will manage and prioritize competing requirements from multiple stakeholders, applying your deep knowledge of M&S to plan, organize, and execute key directorate and organizational objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Required

  • BS or BA Degree
  • 12 years of relevant experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of the six Army M&S communities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must have an in-scope DoD Top Secret security clearance

  • Familiarity with Intelligence Community threat assessments
