Job Summary
Performs a variety of duties that encompasses all medical staff services duties with the overall
object of Medical Staff alignment and coordination with physicians and various departments. Key
objectives include, but are not limited to: coordinating a comprehensive New Provider Orientation;
Quality Control of credentials files; oversight of medical staff and credentials coordinators;
Organization of Credentials Committee; Reporting mechanisms for tracking and trending; Assist in
the development, planning and operational management of the Medical and Allied Health
Professionals Credentialing process to include the processing of new applications, requests for
temporary privileges and reappointments

Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required:

Certification (CPCS or CPMSM) Preferred (or NAMSS / KAMSS membership)

Minimum of five years experience in Medical Staff or Physician Services

Polished customer service skills including collaboration and relationship building skills

Computer application experience
