This position will report to our EnerSys Energy Systems business, which servesthe telecom, cable broadband, industrial, renewable, and data center markets. Lead EnerSys' data center sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen relationships with OEM's, hyperscale, enterprise, and colocation customers. Focus areas include lithium UPS solutions, integrated battery systems, and lifecycle services aligned with EnerSys' growth targets and competitive positioning. Job Purpose
Manage strategic accounts and channel partners in the data center segment, develop tailored solutions, and execute go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities include quota attainment, pipeline development, and collaboration with engineering and product teams to deliver innovative energy storage solutions. Sales Leadership: Own revenue targets for the data center segment across North America; drive quarterly sales attainment and forecast accuracy. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. Competencies
