We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Human Resources Intern to join our HR organization. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing general support across HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement programs, and special projects as needed.
  • Supporting employee lifecycle processes, such as onboarding, data updates, status changes, and documentation.
  • Assisting with including identifying potential talent through job boards, online platforms, and resume databases, and helping maintain organized pipelines for active roles.
  • Helping prepare and distribute HR communications, resources, and employee-facing materials.
  • Contributing to HR operations and administration, including maintaining records, organizing files, and supporting compliance activities.
  • Assisting with the planning and coordination of employee events.
  • Supporting the maintenance and improvement of HR processes, programs, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Cirrus Logic follows a 2+ day in-office work schedule but interns should expect to be in the office more often, up to 5 days per week, based on business needs and team preference. Interns must be based within commutable distance of the work location listed on the job posting, or willing to relocate prior to beginning their internship with Cirrus Logic.
Export control restrictions based upon applicable laws and regulations would prohibit candidates who are nationals of certain embargoed countries from working in this position without Cirrus Logic first obtaining an export license. Candidates for this role must be able to access technical data without a requirement for an export license. We are unable to sponsor or obtain export licenses for this role.
