Job Description:

The Global Product Director, Parts & Aftermarket, leads the global product strategy for parts, aftermarket attachments, and accessories. This role holds full accountability for product portfolio performance, including P&L ownership and market growth. The Director collaborates across sales, marketing, engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance to drive channel expansion, enhance customer experience, and support Genie's strategic priorities. Travel up to 30% is required, with work across global time zones.

What you'll do

  • Lead global strategy for the parts and aftermarket portfolio, including go-to-market plans and P&L results.
  • Drive execution of initiatives that expand channels, enhance offerings, and improve ease of doing business.
  • Lead and participate in monthly operational and strategy reviews to improve business performance.
  • Develop product roadmaps and oversee execution based on customer insights, market trends, segmentation, competitive analysis, channel characteristics, and financial data.
  • Create and deliver value propositions, messaging, and sales training content.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Partner with operations planning to align go-to-market, product, and footprint roadmaps.
  • Provide internal customer support on product-related issues and opportunities.
  • Support the Genie SIOP process and capital investment planning.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive products and strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to differentiate products, services, and solutions to support leading quality and lower total cost of ownership.
  • Prioritize and execute projects based on customer impact and resource availability.
  • Perform additional duties aligned with the overall Genie strategy.
  • Travel up to 30% with flexibility to work across global time zones.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in business preferred.
  • Experience in a similar role within a global manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills; additional languages beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of business financials and P&L management.

The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $210,000 USD. The salary range may be higher or lower depending on the applicant's location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
