The Quality & Commissioning Coordinator supports multiple projects by independently managing quality and commissioning documentation while actively supporting issue resolution, reporting, and adherence to project and Interstates quality standards. This role partners closely with project teams, field personnel, and subcontractors to coordinate inspections, track deficiencies, and support commissioning activities from execution through closeout. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision in both office and jobsite environments.

Key Responsibilities



  • Manage quality and commissioning documentation across multiple projects
  • Track inspections, deficiencies, and corrective actions through resolution
  • Support development and maintenance of project Quality & Commissioning Plans
  • Prepare quality reports, audit summaries, and closeout documentation
  • Coordinate inspections, commissioning activities, and project meetings
  • Communicate quality requirements to internal teams and subcontractors
  • Support compliance with contract and Interstates quality standards
  • Identify documentation gaps and recommend process improvements
  • Support training of field teams on checklists and documentation processes


Experience and Education



  • Associate or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of QA/QC, commissioning, or project support experience
  • Strong understanding of inspections, testing, and commissioning workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision

Travel: Occasional site travel may be required. Travel will vary according to business requirements. Travel should not exceed 35% of your time.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $70,000 to $87,550+ benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience.
