Job OverviewThis role supports business sales by applying technical expertise to design and present wireless communication solutions that address Small and Medium Business customer needs across the Houston, TX metropolitan area. The position involves consulting with customers to understand business challenges and architecting solutions using wireless network technologies, software, security, and hardware. The role requires maintaining expert knowledge of wireless products, network coverage, and value-added solutions to deliver informed technical guidance. Success is measured by the ability to facilitate customer engagements, support the sales process, and ensure technical alignment with business objectives. This work directly impacts the organization by enabling effective wireless solution sales and enhancing customer satisfaction through strong technical consultation and advisement.
