SHIFT: Evening (United States of America)Seeking Breakthrough Makers Make a meaningful difference in a child's day. As a Clinical Assistant, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting children through therapeutic play, recreation, and structured learning experiences designed to promote growth and adaptive functioning. Working closely with a dedicated classroom team, you'll help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where children can build skills and confidence. Under the guidance of the Clinical Specialist and Operations Manager, you'll assist with behavioral skills training, structured assessments, and daily program activities. You'll also help ensure smooth program operations by safely transporting children, supporting equipment and supply needs, and assisting with clerical tasks as needed. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, energetic, and passionate about helping children thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven setting. What you will do
