What to Expect
As a Technical Program Manager reporting to Infrastructure Operations Controls and Operational Excellence leadership, you will be an integral member of the Infrastructure Team. This position is crucial in sustaining organizational operations for projects within construction, facilities, and manufacturing environments. You will lead and coordinate efforts across various cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with overarching program goals and facilitating seamless execution of projects.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Factory Design, Factory Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Product Engineering/Manufacturing, Legal, Real Estate, Finance, Operations, and other supporting functions to drive Infrastructure programs
  • Review technical issues from a high level and assess their program-level impacts
  • Partner with stakeholders to create detailed plans that cover strategy, scope, timelines, risks, resource needs, and cost targets to accelerate pivotal infrastructure programs
  • Plan and implement capital and operational projects that span energy efficiency, demand management, peak shaving initiatives in conjunction with utility incentive rebates and programs
  • Offer innovative and timely solutions to address/overcome program challenges
  • Produce program reports and executive summaries in tandem with functional leaders from the infrastructure organization
  • Innovate and implement tools and analytics for project reporting, enabling program teams to concentrate on problem-solving

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in program management
  • Working knowledge of energy management systems, building systems and automation. modeling, battery storage systems
  • Proficiency in utility processes, standards and billing and state incentives for energy programs
  • Mastery in prioritizing tasks with impeccable time management skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Travel expected: 30%

    Expected Compensation
    $96,000 - $210,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
