Key Account Representative- Customer Service

Ecolab is seeking a Sr. Key Account Representative. The Key Account Representative will be the first point of contact for assistance with challenging situations, new associate training and provide ongoing training, and participate in special projects as assigned. This person will work independently with the support ofthe supervisor, and requires an advanced level of decision making, accuracy, communication and problem-solving skills.

Location: This is a Hybrid role. Your training will be provided in Glenwood, IL.

What You Will Do:

  • Address and resolve escalated issues raised by internal and external customers on an ongoing basis

  • Monitor the performance of team members to insure daily and monthly objectives are achieved

  • Conduct new associate training and provide ongoing training

  • Participate in projects as assigned

  • Actively seek to improve our Quality Management System with the goal of improving current practices

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 3-5 years in administrative support or customer facing role, customer service, order management, and/or leadership or independent decision-making experience

  • Excellent oral and written communication

  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to a changing environment

  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environmento immigration sponsorship available

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience supporting multiple areas of business

  • Minimum of one year in North America Customer Service

  • Excellent attendance and punctuality record

  • Proficient in SAP

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and computer skills

  • Experience in order automation via Conexiom

  • Proven analytical experience with high aptitude for research, analysis, and problem solving skills

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $66,100.00 - $99,200.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
