Job Description

HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the overhaul and repair of aircraft components, is looking for a Hydraulics Tester to support the testing of aerospace hydraulics components and systems.


This role is responsible for conducting functional, pressure flow, and leak testing. Set up and operate test stands, pumps, and gauges. Record, analyze, and document test results accurately and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Identify test failures, abnormalities, or nonconformances and report findings. Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and ensure all test equipment is properly calibrated, maintained, and safe for operation.


The Hydraulics Tester will work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure hydraulic systems meet safety, reliability, and performance expectations for aerospace applications in accordance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Skills and Education Experience



  • High school diploma or GED required
  • +2 years of experience in hydraulics testing
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic principles, components, and systems
  • Experience with test documentation and data recording systems
  • Basic computer skills for test documentation and data entry.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a safety-first mindset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to hydraulic systems
