Inertial Aerospace has decades of experience in the aviation industry and continues to be the leader in the repair of inertial navigation equipment and aircraft avionics. The company was acquired by HEICO Corporation in 2001 and continues to play a critical role within the industry known for its innovation. The Sustaining Engineering Manager leads engineering support activities for designing and supporting current Test Equipment and Systems. This role is responsible for ensuring the continued support and implementing improvements to ensure reliability, through effective technical leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth in test systems with people leadership, process ownership, and a continuous-improvement mindset. Requirements
