Responsibilities include:

Analysis: Build, refine, and own sustainable models which facilitate reporting, dashboards, and analysis (variance, sensitivity, statistical); consistently create thoughtful, trustworthy

Value Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex clinical issues and identify opportunities to deliver profitable growth and bottom-line leverage to DaVita IKC

Clinical Operations Strategy

  • Partner with Clinical Services, support, and operations leaders to assess and quantify opportunities to innovate, improve clinical performance, impact patient outcomes

  • Generate insights around performance drivers, including patient admissions, geographic trends, team opportunities

  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual qualitative and quantitative portfolio analysis and present summarized takeaways to senior clinical leaders

  • Develop & implement multi-year objectives, including meaningful outputs, presentation materials, and an efficient user experience for clinical and operations partners as well as field-level patient-facing teammates

Special Projects

  • Develop projects that facilitate strategic goals, including clinical, financial, operations, implementation, and team culture; deliver accountable timelines, creative solutions, and full engagement

  • Propose and monitor project plans, including high engagement and effective coordination with cross-functional stakeholders, and proactive communication

  • Step up to meet ad hoc challenges identified within the organization with dependable project management, organization, and proactive communication

Clinical Insights

  • Assess clinical data to identify trends and outlier patterns to drive process improvement

  • Develop clinical models to forecast opportunities to drive clinical initiatives that strengthen care quality and improve patient outcomes.

  • Team: Build a fun, cohesive team atmosphere through active engagement and personal development; seek and provide feedback; be proactive, driven, and dependable

  • Other: Work with all levels of management, lead meetings, and send actionable recaps

Qualifications:

  • Project Management Skills: Experience creating comprehensive multi-phase project plans, developing success criteria, working with cross-functional stakeholders, and reporting on progress; experience with Smartsheet software is a plus

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Excel (Expert) and PowerPoint (Advanced), including the ability to translate analyses into business impact; Tableau a significant plus

  • People Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to foster effective teams and partnerships. Work successfully with diverse stakeholders

  • Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate at multiple levels (written, oral, presentation) and to any type of professional audience. Explain complex topics and distill insights from others

  • Education: Requires a Bachelor's degree

  • Work Experience: 1-3 years of experience - responsible for managing full project lifecycles, relevant analysis, stakeholders, budgets, and teams

The Salary Range for the role is $62,000.00 - $95,000.00/year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hour Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.63/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
