This role will drive high-impact partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and post-acute providers through acquisitions, medical director agreements, joint ventures, and acute service arrangements. The ideal candidate will combine market strategy, financial acumen, and relationship leadership to expand access to high-quality kidney care while delivering disciplined, measurable growth for the team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the sourcing, structuring, and execution of strategic partnerships that expand DaVita's presence in skilled nursing facility (SNF) dialysis. This role drives acquisition opportunities, medical director agreements, acute service arrangements, joint ventures, and other high-impact partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and post-acute providers. Partner closely with divisional leadership to shape and execute advanced deal strategy that accelerates growth and strengthens clinical access across assigned markets. Growth & Performance Execution

This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $98,000.00 - $155,000.00/year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
