Hiring Range:

$127,587.20 - $160,763.20

About Us:

UMass Memorial Health, the leading health and wellness provider for Central Massachusetts and the largest healthcare system in the region, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Pulmonary and Critical Care Division at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing, collaborative, and patient-centered environment, focused on delivering high-quality, outpatient care in the fields of Sleep Medicine and General Pulmonary Medicine.

Position Overview:
As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in Sleep Medicine, you will work alongside a dynamic team of 23 physicians and 9 other APPs. This role will initially focus on Sleep Medicine, with an opportunity to expand into General Pulmonary Medicine, including the management of conditions such as Asthma and COPD.

You will have the chance to work in a variety of settings: direct patient care, telemedicine, and telephone triage, many of which can be accomplished remotely. The role is 100% outpatient, and we prioritize a supportive, team-oriented environment where mentoring and professional development are core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in Sleep Medicine and some General Pulmonary Medicine

  • Participate in telemedicine and telephone triage, with opportunities for remote work

  • Collaborate with a supportive team of physicians and APPs

  • Work within a structured scope of practice to allow for mastery and ongoing training

  • Enjoy the flexibility of a set Monday-Friday schedule with no call, weekends, nights, or holidays

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.

  • NP or PA certification.

  • Massachusetts NP or PA license

  • Experience in Sleep Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, or an ambulatory medical practice is preferred but not required

  • New graduates are welcome to apply
