The Director, Lab Services, under the direction of the System Director, Lab Services is responsible for the functional, technical and process leadership of the clinical laboratory. The Director plans, executes, and manages day-to-day laboratory operations to ensure proper functioning of the laboratory and the quality of laboratory services. Develop and Grow Your Career! Position: Director, Lab Services Shift: Full Time- occasional requirement on evening/ night shift- weekend as needed Experience: Five years management experience acquired in a hospital and/or Commercial laboratory setting. Education: BS/BA in related biological science required. Thorough knowledge of medical technology generally acquired through B.S. or B.A. Degree from an accredited institution with a major in medical technology or one of the biological, physical or chemical sciences required. Masters Degree in a related science or business administration preferred. Must have strong, verbal and written, interpersonal communication skills Licensures/Certifications: MT (ASCP) or equivalent certification Employee Status: Regular Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Pay Range: $100,110.40 - $155,105.60 Job Grade: 115 | |
