Job Summary Belden's Manager, Marketing Operations is a forward-thinking and execution-oriented leader responsible for driving continuous improvement across all marketing processes. This role will report to the Sr. Director, Marketing Operations and be part of a newly formed Corporate Marketing Operations team, which serves as a meta-function enabling both global and regional marketing teams. Well-qualified candidates will possess extensive experience leading continuous improvement initiatives across global marketing teams and processes to achieve operational excellence. This role will be pivotal in optimizing marketing efficiency, leveraging technology and ultimately accelerating growth by streamlining how the marketing team operates. This position will identify, prioritize and implement process enhancements, manage key vendor relationships and reduce friction in cross-functional workflows. This individual will champion operational excellence, ensuring our marketing efforts are as effective and impactful as possible. Required Skills & Experience
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $101,400- $152,100 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
