As a Security Guard - Bike Patrol Team in West Hollywood, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for everyone at the location. You will conduct routine bike patrols, remain highly visible, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the location and its perimeter to help to deter potential issues and identify any unusual activity.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents and daily activities according to Allied Universal and client guidelines.
• Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and client representatives to support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Able to ride a bike.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
