Commercial Loan Closing Specialist Job details Posted 21 January 2026 Location Chandler, AZ Job type Permanent Reference 990900 Job description Job Description: Commercial Loan Closing Specialist (Contract) This contract role supports day-to-day operations within Commercial Lending, with a focus on commercial loan booking, funding, and system conversion activities. The individual will contribute to low- to moderately complex initiatives within Commercial Loan Closing and help identify opportunities for process improvement. Responsibilities Support commercial loan closing activities, including booking and funding commercial loans in LoanIQ Review and analyze loan closing assignments or issues requiring research, evaluation, and selection of appropriate alternatives Assist with system conversion efforts from AFS to LoanIQ while maintaining production levels Respond to internal requests related to posting funds and handling money movement activities Provide operational support and guidance to business partners and internal stakeholders Present recommendations for resolving low- to moderately complex issues using sound judgment Develop and maintain an understanding of applicable policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Help reduce the learning curve for LoanIQ adoption among team members Required Qualifications 2+ years of commercial loan closing experience or related commercial lending operations experience Hands-on experience with commercial loan booking and funding Strong understanding of commercial loan credit agreements Proficiency in LoanIQ Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with AFS (desired, not required) Work Environment Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote Location: Chandler, AZ Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
