CLA is currently seeking an Assistant Controller to join our Fund Administration group in one of our Northeast, Midwest, Sunbelt, or West office.

Job Responsibilities:

* Financials: Records and analyzes client's financial information.

* Analyzes and interprets financial information that client leaders need to make sound business decisions.

* Prepares financial reports for other groups (creditors, regulatory agencies, and tax authorities, and more).

* Reviews and monitors costs inherent in the business.

* Schedules expenditures, analyzes variances, and may identify corrective actions when necessary.

* Ability to independently prepare financial statements.

* Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, prepares budgets, schedules expenditures, analyzes variances, and initiates corrective actions when necessary.

Job Requirements:

* 4 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience is required.

* Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.

The wage range for this position in Minnesota is: $90,500 - 135,000.
