Director, Sales- Healthcare
Overview The Director of Sales leads the strategic direction, execution, and growth initiatives for Healthcare SaaS revenue with a strong focus on EMR, ERP, and Payer solution portfolios. This role is responsible for developing and implementing gotomarket strategies that expand market presence across health systems, provider organizations, and payer networks. The Director of Sales provides leadership, coaching, and development to their team while fostering a highperformance, customercentric culture. This leader serves as a key ambassador of the company within the healthcare ecosystem, building strong relationships with industry stakeholders, technology partners, and executive decisionmakers. The Director of Sales is accountable for driving market share expansion, accelerating pipeline growth, and achieving revenue objectives in alignment with the sales compensation plan. Responsibilities
