Organizational Transformation Strategist The Opportunity: As an Organizational Transformation Strategist, you'll help clients close the gap between their current state and their strategic goals. Leveraging 2-4+ years of experience in human capital, strategic planning, or industrial organizational psychology, you'll apply a data-driven, human-centered approach to diagnose challenges, uncover performance drivers, and design solutions that elevate organizational effectiveness. You'll analyze how people, processes, and technology interact to deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leaders. Your work will span the full human capital lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning, while also contributing to domains such as organizational design, process optimization, and transformation initiatives. In this role, you'll craft compelling deliverables, visualize complex data, and translate findings into strategies that strengthen mission execution and align workforce capabilities with organizational goals. Operating with limited supervision, you'll bring curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset to a fast-paced environment - rapidly developing and refining concepts that drive meaningful transformation. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
