Duration: 6+ months (Possible extension & Conversion in fulltime)

Job Summary

The Machine Operator sets up and operates a variety of automatic and semi-automatic machines used in the production of company products. This role performs routine production tasks by following established process sheets and written or verbal instructions, ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently under close supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic production machines
• Perform production tasks according to process sheets and supervisor instructions
• Monitor machine operation and inspect output to ensure compliance with predetermined tolerances
• Make routine checks and report any issues or deviations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Interact daily with internal peers and customers to exchange factual information related to production activities

Work Environment & Supervision

• Work assignments are routine and require limited judgment
• Receives predetermined tasks with detailed instructions
• Works under close supervision with moderate review
• Has little or no involvement in decision-making

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic understanding of machine operation and inspection processes
• Attention to detail and ability to work within defined tolerances
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based production environment
