Overview
Position can be based out of Champaign, Bloomington, or Peoria. The Strategic Communications Program Executive is responsible for directing the communications strategy to advance key business initiatives. This includes developing comprehensive communications plans, composing purposeful messaging, and advising business leaders on optimal channels to effectively reach intended audiences. Additionally, this role manages initiative communication calendar tracking, enforces platform and channel standards, oversees communication tools, and leads overall channel governance. A core aspect of this position involves providing strategic leadership for the Carle Health employee communications platform. Qualifications Certifications: , Education: Experience In Lieu of Education; Bachelor's Degree: Related Field; Bachelor's Degree: Healthcare Administration; Bachelor's Degree: Public Relations; Bachelor's Degree: Business Communications, Work Experience: Healthcare marketing; Healthcare management Responsibilities Develops and implements comprehensive communications plans that align with key business initiatives. This involves analyzing organizational goals, identifying target audiences, and crafting frameworks to deliver impactful messages. Maintains a centralized communication calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of information.Crafts clear, concise, and relevant messaging tailored to diverse internal and external audiences. Ensures that all communications reflect the organization's values and support its strategic direction.Serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, recommending the most effective platforms and channels for reaching intended audiences. Guides leaders on leveraging digital, print, and in-person communication tactics to maximize engagement.Manages the utilization, and optimization of communication tools and technologies to accomplish stated objectives: oUsing data and analytics to optimize performance, inform content strategies, guide enhancements, and provide actionable insights. oLeveraging employee attributes to personalize and automate content delivery. oGuiding the rollout of campaigns, and communication initiatives. oResolving issues and evaluating new solutions to improve communication efficiency and effectiveness.Other duties as assigned.Strategic Thinking: Ability to anticipate trends, identify challenges, and devise solutions that advance initiative objectives. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $29.16per hour - $50.16per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
