Overview
The Provider Marketing Account Executive is responsible for helping onboard and promote providers while supporting referral processes and patient acquisition marketing efforts. This role works across multiple channels to ensure that messaging is consistent, impactful, and tailored to the needs of provider audiences. Qualifications Certifications: , Education: Bachelor's Degree: Related Field; Bachelor's Degree: Healthcare Administration; Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Work Experience: Program coordination; Provider relations; Healthcare underwriting Responsibilities Proactively implement standard marketing toolkit components for new and existing providers in need of panel growth, including development of web profile, headshots, collateral, CRM, social media and other tactics as needed. Work in partnership with Corporate Communications, Marketing and Digital teams to create informative content for distribution through established internal and external communication channels. Produce and manage a variety of marketing materials, newsletters, email campaigns, brochures, website content, social media posts, and advertisements. Assist in patient communications for provider transitions (departure letters, location changes, etc.). Act as resource for referral processes, guidelines, and directories and maintain those resources across internal and external channels. Develop and implement a strategy for building and managing Google listings for providers. Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, clear, consistent and cohesive information flow. Ensure all marketing efforts maintain a consistent brand image and messaging across all platforms and materials. Ensure all referral activities comply with healthcare laws and regulations. Other duties as assigned. Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize competing demands, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines. Strong communication, project management, and data analytics skills. Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, stakeholders, and providers. Experience in integrated marketing communications, including digital communication platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, social media, analytics tools, and emerging technologies. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $30.02per hour - $51.63per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
